It seems I am always ahead of those real estate and financial experts in my prediction.
I alerted a few weeks ago that those young property owners who depended on their parents' money to pay for deposits of their investments would more than likely to get into trouble with subsequent mortgage repayment.
More than a year ago, I also talked about declining real estate market trend in September 2017, and many gurus seem to agree so now.
